Making decisions, finding creative solutions, working under time pressure, learning new things. The better trainees are prepared mentally and physically, the easier it is for them to deal with this.
This is what our trainees learned in a 3-hour workshop on Wednesday, November 16, 2022. With the help of Mr. Felix Middelmann from VRG Gmbh (@vrg_gesundheitssport), our trainees were taught how to react to the demands of the working world.
