Key Account Manager m/f/x

to start as soon as possible

 

Your tasks:

  • Maintenance and expansion of business relations with existing customers with the aim of increasing turnover sustainably
  • Strategic customer support, retention and further development of key accounts
  • Acquisition of new customers through the active marketing of our products, supported in part by the Business Development Manager
  • Further development of our product portfolio, particularly in the area of flame-retardant and UV resistant high-strength polyester multifilament yarns
  • Support in the building up and expansion of customer-focused marketing
  • Autonomous planning, preparation and carrying out of annual evaluations, acquisition and price discussions plus their follow-up and documentation
  • Independent customer development planning plus the identification of new potential and market trends
  • Communication with internal departments such as business development, product development, production and the internal sales department
  • Reporting to the Commercial Director

 

Your profile:

  • Degree in Business Administration or a related field
  • Several years of professional experience and successful closing of deals in B2B sales, ideally in the field of technical yarns
  • Affinity with technical contexts, particularly with reference to the possibilities for manufacturing and processing yarns
  • Highly developed customer orientation and ability to act autonomously
  • Ability to present complex content clearly and appropriately to the target group
  • High level of strategic and entrepreneurial thought and action, proactive way of working
  • Commitment, ability to work in a team and the motivation to develop both oneself and the sales position further,
  • Meet challenges and think outside the box
  • Experience and leadership qualities in cooperation with global sales representatives would be an advantage
  • Fluent English, additional language skills desirable
  • A high degree of willingness to travel (approx. 70% of working time) and flexibility
